I’m a blend of Argentinian warmth and Australian spirit — “Aussie Aussie Aussie, sí sí sí!”. Relationships, meaningful growth, and creating a life by design for my little family of three sit at the heart of everything I do.
I’ve always believed that careers are more than job titles — they’re pathways to identity, fulfilment, and opportunity. My passion lies in helping people understand themselves deeply, uncover their strengths, and make decisions that feel aligned and intentional.
Research shows that when people stretch themselves to generate more than one or two ideas, and push to at least five to ten ideas, they open up far more possibilities for creative and effective solutions. proof that expanding our thinking expands our outcomes and therefore our impact.
